This summary details the results of our comprehensive quality assurance phase. We verified cross-device and browser compatibility by visually inspecting the layout for rendering issues, responsiveness, and readability across critical viewports. Functional testing centered on form validation, utilizing a mix of normal, abnormal, and boundary test cases to ensure robust error handling and data integrity. While the core application is functionally stable, we identified several minor UI bugs on legacy browsers. These issues have been logged and prioritized for the development team to address in the upcoming sprint

Project Phoenix: Final Quality Assurance & Pre-Launch Report This document summarizes the comprehensive testing phase for the Project Phoenix deployment. Our primary objective was to validate application stability, cross-platform compatibility, and data integrity prior to release. The UI was rigorously evaluated across a matrix of devices, including the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, and Safari, as well as on iOS 16 and Android 13. While the responsive layout performed exceptionally on modern devices, we noted minor CSS alignment issues on legacy browsers, which have been classified as low-priority. Functional testing focused on user input validation and API reliability. We executed a suite of automated and manual tests on all forms, employing a methodology covering normal, boundary, and abnormal use cases to ensure robust error handling. Preliminary security scans were conducted to identify common vulnerabilities, with no critical threats detected. Performance benchmarks indicate that average page load times are well within the acceptable 2-second threshold under simulated user load. The application is functionally sound and meets all core requirements. A total of 18 bugs were logged, with 3 designated as high-priority blockers that must be resolved before deployment. We recommend proceeding with the launch schedule following the resolution of these critical items
